Well since I last popped on I did the pub drinks on the right day! A sandwich, an expensive meal and another pub meal! - If it weren't for mystery shopping I'd never eat out - though I must admit I only choose jobs now where I like (or at least don't mind) the stuff I have to order after a disastrous jobs where the food was awful, and we didn't even like the drinks we had to order!

Hope my last report was OK, got it in a bit late as I was feeling a bit unwell, and also trying not to contradict myself - yes there were clear posters, but no I don't know what they said as it was dark and raining! :rolleyes:

A good tip if they are not wearing a badge and you already have too much to remember is to look at the led sceen on the till as it says it on there. if you get their name you don't have to write a description. i generally go to the bar and do the purchase then go to the toilets and check them and fill it in in there. then you can just go back and check anything you miss.

Also, make sure you look for glasses on tables and in the beer garden when you first arrive and if there are glasses on the tables check it again before you leave. it only says to do that about toilets but when i commented on it the pub came back and queried whether they were cleared before i left. luckily i walked out that way so noticed it.
