Make sure you order exactly what they say. Note the name of every staff member you come into contact with. Re-read the brief and questionnaire just before you go and maybe summarise it in a notebook that you can take with you.

Have a nice time, good luck.

Depending on the pub chain, if you present an award certificate, you cannot MS the site in the future.
Praying at the church of MSE should be compulsory!

Hi, I've just seen a ABA-i cafe listed in my area. I'm wondering whether it's worth doing. Is the drink and hot food reimbursed or is it out of your fee? tia.

I take it you are not doing an "Emerald royalty" chain one then - more one to do with "climate and cutlery"!

For the top one you have a print out at the end of the notes, if you see super service you can present a certificate at the end of an assignment. The staff member gets a fiscal award in the process.

There is no reimbursement, just the fee. I wouldn't make a special visit for it, but if you are going to be in the area anyhow it's OK for a free-ish lunch. The report is quite quick and easy.
