Hi All,
I have a dilemma that someone may be able to guide me with.
Currently I have the basic home broadband, a personal mobile phone and a business mobile - which is paid for by the company.
A few days ago I received a parcel from O2.
Inside was a PAY-AS-YOU-GO white broadband dongle and sim card.
I have never ordered one (Even tough i did think about it when Quidco were doing the cashback).
I have checked all my accounts that i use and credit cards and NO money has been taken for the dongle.
My dilemma is - What do i do.
Do i call them and highlight the mistake:A (must be a mistake surly)??
or
Do i just keep it (and sell it on eBay;)) and hope they don't charge me down the line.??
Has anyone else had one sent to them too???
Thankyou in advance.:T

Well someone could have take one out fraudulently in your name and failed to intercepted it before delivery. In which case you'll get a bill at some point, if you've signed for the item and sold it you might have a problem claiming fraud at this point and find you're in a contact for the thing...
You should call them and tell them asap, thats the safest option.0 -
it comes under unsolicited goods. you have to inform them and make them avaliable for collection for a reasonable amount of time, say 14 days, after that they become yours to keep / dispose of.0
