All sorted. They were extremely apologetic and I have received a replacement pair of tickets already :j. If only all companies were so wonderful at sorting out compers problems :rolleyes:

Just for info, the postie was wrong not to let you sign for it. RM have to deliver as addressed, and not by name. Obviously you have the option to refuse to sign, but if it's got your adress on it, then he must allow you the chance.
