Free Unlock Codes For Nokia phones 4 (for U.K. Networks only)

Hi I have a Nokia 3200 locked on vodaphone

IMEI 353355007063633

I tried code Code Calculator 5.4.exe DCT4 ASIC 2 settings and got

#pw+ 08 93 13 40 47 24 60 5 +1#
#pw+ 48 53 87 70 73 74 47 2 +2#
#pw+ 90 69 72 32 34 00 16 1 +3#
#pw+ 81 60 61 23 44 41 55 3 +4#
#pw+ 03 54 43 05 13 45 13 0 +5#
#pw+ 13 91 54 15 27 42 04 2 +6#
#pw+ 42 55 17 14 53 56 70 7 +7#

I used the 7th line with no sim in and got a code error then put an O2 sim in and got a similar result...any ideas?
