I get a 'not allowed' message when trying to enter the code. The phone is a refurb from Virgin (in case that makes any difference). Any ideas? Thx

if you look at the very first post in this same thread all the instructions on entering the code are there

ps:- ignore the spaces in the code, they are there solely to make it easier to enter the code
