I have a Nokia 2650, not sure what network it is on because it says phone restricted.

Is there any way other than using sims to check what network the phone is on? theres no labbelling or anything.

usually if there is no branding it may be tmob or o2 (but not definate)
you will have to try different sims

have you already tried some codes?
as you only get 5 tries (and sometimes only 3)
make sure you put the #PW+ in but not the spaces
