Free Unlock Codes For Nokia phones 4 (for U.K. Networks only)

My little boy has a habbit of breaking my wife's phones. So I'm looking out for another cheap handset to fit her O2 sim card.

If I buy a Nokia 1100 on, say, Tesco mobile, can it be unlocked for free online?

i need the unlock codes for the nokia 1100 on virgin
the imei number for the two phones are

35975600/939794/8

and

35975600/939766/6
