Wanadoo puts price up for Business Users

Apologies if this has been covered before, but I am a newbie to these boards. I noticed when processing my invoices for the small business that I run that Wanadoo has sneakily offshored its invoicing facility to Madeira, effectively increasing the (already poor value) price I pay by 17.5% as they no longer include VAT. When I questioned them about this, they told me that it was a residential service therefore it didn't matter, though in fairness, gave me the opportunity to write back with more info so they could query it. Anyone else fallen foul of this? If so, did you manage to get a reduction in price?
