Just called up my local branch and they checked for my order and gave me a call back to say the order is with them but the stock is on back order. As soon as its in they will give me a call and arrange a date, which should be some time in the next couple of weeks.:T
They also said they have been told the offer expired at around 4:00pm today and they are no longer taking phone orders. The website seems to still be taking orders though :rolleyes:0 -

The online link works (eventually) but they are now levying a delivery charge of £15! Hardly free delivery. This effectively doubles the price on 18 rolls. Probably still worth a punt. But not quite such a good offer now.0

I just ordered 9 rolls for £9, so its still available. When filling in the area, use whole numbers.0

Looks like the original offer has now ended, they are now just selling a 2 for 1 offer at the usual prices.0

I went into the Salisbury branch this morning at 7.40 and was told that the offer was over. They had 60,000 rolls of insulation and they are now all gone. No idea if they will do it again this year.0

How much is it a roll if you had to pay the normal price?0

It may take a few days before anyone hears from Build Center.
I spoke to someone this morning who told me they have had a load of orders in over the last few days that they're working steadily through. Each order comes into a central system and it's then sent on to your nearest branch for fulfilment.
Once the order is sent down the line, the branch will then contact you to arrange delivery."carpe that diem"0 -

Click on the original link on here, it is showing the real price now, but on a 2 for 1 offer.
My original order came to £26.00, the new price is £153.00 including the 2 for 1 offer..
So it would have been £306 at full price...:eek:0
