I do wonder if we're really supposed to eat wheat, so many people have problems with it

The people who can eat wheat, should - and the people who can't, shouldn't.

The main problem I have with food today is all the processing that goes on which destroys the goodness and introduces rather unfortunate chemicals into the food supply.

Just look at the trouble over the Sudan-2 red dye - it was in *everything*...

    morning all.

Still feel 'full' from the pasta last night, think I'll stay off it a while more - I've not had rice/pasta/potatoes at all and it was a bit too much I think!

Need to start sorting holiday stuff today. All the clothes are hung in the wardrobe just ready to take out and pack. There's a pile of odds and ends on the sofa bed behind me I've been gathering over the last couple of weeks and I need to start going through my list of toiletries etc to pull it all together. I don't think there is anything else I need to buy. Hoover, strip the bed and pop dinner in the SC, and sort teaching folder for tomorrow night's class. I'm being observed as part of my teaching qual. so I need to make sure the correct paperwork is all there.

    Morning!

I was supposed to be going to a creative writing event at the literature festival, but don't feel up to it. A day reading and stuffing my face with fruit sounds much better I think!

    Sammy, both those sound gorgeous!

Jacs, are they the Asda marinated pork chops? If they are they're lovely, I really like them.

Need to take something out of the freezer for tonight, I'm thinking fish... or just whatever falls out when I open the door!
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
