Have you had a good day Lucifa?

I've just been very naughty and had a curry for tea, and there's some raspberry pavlova ice cream in the freezer for afters

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

  • This is a recipe I got from my WW mag-6 points a serving.

I have eaten all my points for today (well, actually, not really as had 13 saved!) but stuffed from tea. Will be taking it to work. Making pot roast tomorrow and 'free' veg soup. I have about 10 bananas frozen in the freezer so may make banana bread as well.

I also have about 10 hours ironing to do, and 2 hours of OT. I want to get as much OT as I can as saving it for Edinburgh! :)
