Pap you are naughty young lady..especially as you can't afford it tut tut!
Buffy think he was a bit scared..typical man though trying not to admit anything was wrong until he then said can you call the dr and then went to I need an ambulance. Nurse gave him a right lecture about his blood pressure and being stupid ignoring it being so high..again typical man! As he was sat in A&E he did say please just let me pass out as I can't take this pain....think it was a little more painful than he could handle!I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Well I haven't 'really' been ill tbh! I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue a couple of years ago. I found it really difficult to accept the diagnosis for ages but in the end admitted defeat, went part time slept when I had to and just managed my symptoms. I had really started to feel better over the last few months, I could tell when I needed to rest and did so.
But then I had a bad cold and seemed to go backwards and I was a bit upset cos I thought every time I try to stretch myself a bit further I end up knackered. I had permanent headaches, intense tiredness (despite sleeping nearly ten hours a night I still needed a nap in the afternoon) and then last week I developed a twitchy eye. I know its a sign of tiredness but I couldn't physically get any more sleep. Ellie suggested it might be a magnesium deficiency and when I read up about it, it was like someone had switched a light bulb on. Apparently a craving for chocolate, twitchy muscles, depression, chronic fatigue are all signs of magnesium deficiency.
I have started taking daily tablets and feel much better, but it may just be psychological - we shall see.
I have also told my mum, who has had chronic fatigue for ten years and she is giving it a go.....Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford
