It says parking at the front for one car, it's not obvious from the pic where that is.

I wondered if it would be potentially possible to get a driveway in through that wall/fencing, if it's likely then it might be worthwhile you applying for the permissiona and dropped kerb if it's not shifting.

Not enough photos - and the photos there left me disappointed:
    - OK, nice view, worth throwing in
    - why do I want to see a small table and corner of a room?
    - kitchen must be tiny as the lens has stretched it
    - fireplace could do with another sorting out if possible, to stop it looking so smokey black

Whenever I see the name Hungerford I am instantly reminded of the massacre.

Is yours the whole white building, or just half of it and the 1-storey lean to bit hidden behind the wall?

I agree, not enough photos. If am I really picky the wallpaper on the feature wall in the lounge doesn't cordinate, but that wouldn't really put me off buying a home as I would want to redecorate it anyway. No offence, but I redecorate every new home I buy, even a new build.

I do think you have a lovely home. I'm amazed at the prices though, up north you could have a 4 bedroomed detached new build for that money and in a lovely semi rural location.

I have sent some changes to the EA to do asap before it hits rightmove. I have taken some bedroom pics and sent them over. when he redoes it I will let you know.

    Just a few pointers

The dusky pink sofa matches the wallpaper on the feature wall and in real life is a bit pastel which coordinates with the wall and my Laura Ashley sofa. I dont think my sofas will put off viewers. As a cottage, i went big time for the flowers!

Question: There is a drop kerb at the front of the house and the pavement area is extra wide to take a car comfortably. Is it worth taking a special shot with the car parked on it to show the parking? and re do the front of house show (minus the car)

Do you really honestly own the whole front of the property? Like up to the road, if you don't it doesn't look big enough to get a car on. Plus it looks like most of the front is actually taken up by the pavement meaning that you can't really park on it.
