It says kitchen, but also kitchen/dining room? Lack of bathroom/bedroom photos sets off alarm bells, and I'd want to see the garden. To me these are much more important photos than a field.
Floorplans help a lot, but not if the house is a weird shape!0 -
It says parking space for one car to the front, but I can't see where.
What is Council Tax: £ Band? Looks like E at a glance, but that can't be right for a two bed house - can it?
I haven't bogged off yet, and I ain't no babe

The living room pic is good - nice fireplace.
You need photos of bedrooms though - and a proper photo of the kitchen.0 -
Tell your EA it's "bridle" way, not "bridal" way, unless of course you get a lot of wedding parties around

I really hate the ultra-wide angle distorted photos that estate agents normally use, but as mentioned these could be a tad wider, ending halfway along a sofa or window looks pretty bad, and implies that the room is very tiny. They might be, but you want them to fall in love with the house and put that to one side!
edit: Ok there is parking, didn't read properly, looks like it could be at the bottom of the garden, accessed through the next gateway?0 -
that seems a bit rude  I think they look fine.
The house looks lovely to me - I agree that the kitchen pic just looks plain odd and it would be nice to see a bedroom and possibly a bathroom, but on the whole I think it looks great
Well, the OP asked so I might as well be honest. Telling someone it looks great is fine but this is a marketing tool so it should look the best it can...0 -
Agree with the others - the kitchen photo needs redoing. Apart from that I quite like it.Never let your sucesses go to your head and never let your failures go to your heart.:beer:0

fair enough, I understand what you are saying, but surely "you may want to consider moving the flowers on the fireplace, as they may not be to everyone's taste" would be just as helpful and not as potentially hurtful. They may have been a gift and the owner may be really pleased with them, calling them awful and blousey is your personal view, not helpful critique.0 -
Houses seem expensive down Wantage way. How long have you been on market so far.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0

Ooh no, they might get put somewhere else then.
We're talking about selling houses here; not critiquing someone's taste in floral decoration.....0
