Arrogant :rotfl: - bit rich coming from you!
Good job I didn't take your advice I'd still have ended up with a Penalty Charge!adouglasmhor wrote: »That's the hours you say you moved your car at as compared to the controlled hours on the signs you managed to avoid looking at. you can see that you were in the zone in controlled hours. If you had entered the zone after 6pm and left it before 7am - you wouldn't be asked to pay up.0 -
Implying I missed dozens is nonsense.Pointing out to you that there are numerous signs along the route you travelled is not nonsense, it is stating a fact.
You have no chance of arguing the fine on the basis you have not seen the signs so you need to take the advice everyone has been giving you and pay the fine0 -
Where are they? There is no way I drove past dozens of signs and missed them all!0

What advice would that have been then? My only advice was pay up or pay up and cry about it, I see you went for option 2.The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

they are beside the roads on poles. If they put them in the middle of the lanes people would crash into them but maybe you would have seen them then. The truth may be out there, but the lies are inside your head. Terry Pratchett

LGO :rotfl: Don't you mean Local Administration Officer? No wonder Local Government is in its death throes!
!!!!!! - All I did was ask for advice and I get castigated for being poor. Not everyone measures success by money you know.adouglasmhor wrote: »It wasn't English you were teaching then?
Leached.
And no I am not a traffic warden, I am a Local Government Officer, I do have a post grad diploma and both a B.Sc. and a B.A.(hons).
Possibly you're not thick just self centred and arrogant then.
I will change my advice though Pay up or go to court and lose, you are even less likely to be believed there and it will cost you more and have a good cry as well.
You lectured at Uni but don't have enough of a pension or a good enough job to shell out a couple of hundred quid after ignoring one of the most publicised money making schemes of the last decade. You really screwed up somewhere didn't you. :T :rotfl:0 -
You said I'd be OK arriving after 6pm - one of your signs that you've been pontificating about says the hours of operation are till 6:30pm.
I get criticised for not seeing them whilst driving through London whilst you can't even read them when you post pictures of them. Hate to think you give advice to Council Tax Payers, you can't even get it right when you're an expert!adouglasmhor wrote: »What advice would that have been then? The original Congestion scheme was in operation until 6.30pm. It was later amended to 6pm.The man without a signature.0
