My tree will go up over the weekend, its a job I hate!! There are about a million branches to attach to the stem and I'm always scared of disturbing a spider or three that might have been living in the box. I put it up outside just in case then drag it in through the patio doors!
I miss all the hustle and bustle of food shopping at Christmas - getting up at 5am to get in a queue for a trolley at Morrisons!! Where I live now, I can saunter down to the supermarket about 10.30am on Christmas Eve and virtually have the place to myself!

I have put my tree up the earliest ever but only because we are going away on Boxing Day and so I will take it down then. My family think I am a proper grump as last year I put it up Xmas eve and took it down day after Boxing Day :rotfl:I was so tired of animals and children exploring it and the needles it went to live back in the garden for a year!1st debt - Next [STRIKE]£583.32[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£408.71 [/STRIKE] £0 :j
