On 7th May I won a product from the Bidbroo site, Duly received the email confirmation and was asked to pay a small delivery charge. This was payed on 10th May, Delivery can take up to 28 days. By 10th June i emailed Bidbroo on the site asking when I could expect my prize. Three days later I emailed again because, had no response from them. Again no reply, I then tried to cal them between 2pm and 4pm only to receive an answering phone. I left a message requesting a call back or email. Two days later still no response I called again this time the phone was answered by someone in Switzerland who told me the call should not have gone there and they would make sure I received a call back. Three days on and still no response at all from anyone at Bidbroo. This leaves me with the impression they are a scam outfit and I have most lightly been conned by Bidbroo.
Any one else with a similar experience I would like to here from.0
