    Carole: I once spent 2 months walking 3-4 miles to work then the same distance back again every single day. Even though I ate as much as I physically could at work (kitchen job) I still lost 1.5 stone! The trick is to push yourself to walk fast enough to sweat without hurting yourself.

    Hiya all, work going well but don't like been a newbie, it's odd not knowing a lot feel a right thicky, but I'm getting there.
    Makeup I like the sound of that spa especially the hot water i wouldn't have got out.
    TDQ it's great when you realise you have some money left in the bank, i have to put it in my savings account before i spend the lot.
    Glad it's Friday tomorrow, i need some lemonade or no drinking for me, and i deserve 1 or 2.

    Carole - Is the moonwalk the one where everyone walks in their bra's?

    TDQ - yay for the not smoking. Most impressive, i'm so glad I never started smoking cos I have no willpower at all and would never be able to quit!!!

    Eco - you'll pick it up in no time I'm sure!

    My boss was on about me taking on a bigger area at work.....hmm..struggling to see the benefits in that one right now! :confused: I doubt there will be a financial incentive as they are just getting rid of all the temps which was about 2 months earlier than they planned to do originally....
    I've got my own flat :j:j

    Now I have to pay the bills :eek:

    And feed my interiors addiction ;)
