Hello all:) I now have 4 items for sale and they all have bidders, which means they will definitely sell:D. If they sell at their current bids I will be getting the princely sum of £15. :) I didn't expect to get much, I just want to get the stars so I can sell some more expensive things. I might try to get some more things on tonight whilst I am on a roll:D

Well done :j:j You're doing yourself and all us proud !!

I've still not got the motivation to do any ebaying, I think I can't do it but I did it years ago so I can, I just need to put a bit of effort in.

Good idea about the wieght, save it for a day you can handle it, although I am sure you'll be fine.

Tracy, sorry to hear about you Mam :grouphug: Glad your Dad's home though :) Try and concentrate on the positive things, not the stuff that gets ya down. Easier said than done I know.

good to hear that your dad is now home :) Although it must be hurtful when your mum snaps at you, try to remember that she is also going through a lot of trauma, your dad is her partner & she must love him a great deal. People who are under great stress, worry & strain do not always behave as rational & thoughtful beings.

Perhaps you could find it in your heart to offer her some comfort & support during this time, rather than trying to punish her by withdrawing your affection altogether. I seem to remember you being upset about your daughter trying to punish you with her behaviour, she's only a child, you are an adult.

Sound advice Lula - families need to stick together in tough times (and it's true that we always hurt the ones we love the most) Tracey - take care of you :A

I have offered her support by asking her if she wants anything doing, she rejects it every time and says no. She has always been like this since I was achild, she never visits me and I have visited constantly for years, i live ten minutes away on the bus, she does not drive yet visits my sister every week in longsight which is further away. I have always took her out only for her to complain to my sister that my friends are not her sort, and she makes negative comments about be behind my back. I have never been close to her and never will, I have tried for years and I've had enough.

If she can't return the love then thats her problem. I am affectionate person whereas my mother never has shown affection. thats the problem.
I do understand my mum is worried but i will not put up with her negative comments about me. You have to know her to understand it. My parents long time friends have said to me that my mum is not loving so its not just me. My brother feels same too.

honestly I am ok all I want to see is my dad, i am happy he is home.
he listens to my life, my mum does not show any interest at all.:o

Tracy I wont go into it (cos it would be pages long) but I don't get on with my mother, shes a nasty piece of work but I love my Dad to bits so just concentrate on him and enjoy your time with him, your mother will hopefully realise one day how she has treated you.

Shawtj2 - sounds like you've tried hard, enjoy the time you have with your Dad & maybe one day things will be different between you & your mum.

I've certainly had plenty of ups & downs with both of mine & it's only since losing my mum that I recognise that a lot of her actions which I thought were really harsh at the time, were in fact attempts to make me see the consequences of my actions ( grow up in other words :o)

I'm getting there, slowly & not entirely willingly :p, but now realise just how damn short a human life is :( & how squabbles & ill feeling can waste so much precious time & ruin happy memories for the future.

People only make you feel bad if you let them.

Here endeth todays lecture & thank F*** that a very UNfabulous freaking February is over :j

night night all & may March bring much happiness & weight loss

& never forget we are all F****** Fabulous :A

Hello all:). Hope everyone has had a good day.

I had the day off today so I spent my time creating new ebay listings. I have turned into a total ebay addict:D. I have 20 items listed but only 5 of them have bids:( but as most of them were put on this morning I won't worry just yet. I can't stop myself from constantly refreshing the page to see if I have any more bids:o. I have a feeling I am going to get through a lot of my stuff very quickly as I am really enjoying it and now I have the hang of it I can do it quite quickly.:)

Today has been an NSD as I have not left the house and I have been sent £4 by quidco, also did a survey and some clicks, so all in all a reasonably productive day.:)
