I'm sure you'll find a willing one someday! I'm not the old fashioned type but that's okay, we can agree to disagree on that one. X

What a stroke of luck that I don't have anyone forcing me to go out for Valentine's Day meal.

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: me too!

I want to focus on weightloss this week too - I have nothing 'social' this week so it's a good time to get on track :)

Didn't say that for sympathy love, just how it is. Am a bit eccentric I guess and prefer my own company and like a bit of variety on the man front. I always have!

I'm sure you are attractive and could you not talk to them, ask them out. The worst they can say is no. I can't be waiting about for life to happen to me, have to always have something on the go.

Good advice - as usual Souk :A

  • Thanks shoe gal. I am ok now, just get down when I can't get things done. there are so many things I want to do but money stops me.
I want a ps3 to play with when mydaughter stays, My wardrobe and chest of drawers is over 8 yrs old and falling apart. All I want is one double wardrobe and chest of drawers withe six drawers and a side table.

My kitchen plumbing needs boxing in etc to finish it off.

I would love to go on runs with the mx5nutz.co.uk people but can't cause it costs in petrol.

My tax is due in march so again it will be six months worth.
I keep applying for better paid jobs to keep me positive but nothing happens.

My life insurance I can't stop paying because of my daughter.
My daughters savings policy I can't stop paying either.
But they are only £7.20 and £6.50 each.

I think we all feel like that sometimes - it's awful to feel that lack of money is holding you back

I am the same, I would like a better car as I drive on the motorway a lot, storage,a television and a new bed for my bedroom, a digital camera - and more shoes of course :)

But I suppose we just have to accept the position we are in and keep taking baby steps towards our dreams :D

  • This is mine015.jpg

Its 16 yr old and an import. Its paid for and I love it.
Of course I have to maintain it and would love a respray on it although its not desperate yet. It no longer has the mini steering wheel though and has a red furry cover over the instrument panel now.
    My daughter loves it.
You don't live far from me either. I live bury and used to work in manchester at british telecom and steria on princess road.
