    Hey everyone

I went to a friends housewarming lunch and ended up staying til 10.30pm !!

We put Fame on the DVD and watched that. We had a great chat and catch up and it was very chilled.

I also had some really lovely red wine that I shall have to look out for when I'm next shopping

Tomorrow I'm out for Sunday lunch and then onto my friends to see her and her new baby who was born at 3.30am on Saturday morning. Have been a bit sneaky and got my mum to knit a cardigan for the baby, my knitting skills aren't there yet and my mum is ace at the baby stuff. V. V cute!

Tracey - welcome to the board. Very sorry to hear about your Dad, I can't imagine what you are going through and hope that you get some good news soon.
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

  • I have ironing to do, earlier I replaced the bulbs in my instrument panel on my little car but messed up the needles on the dials, so had to message my friend 'mazdamender - aka wayne' to ask him how to put them right.
Been to tesco to put ten quid of petrol in as in work mon tues, off wed thur, but in friday and saturday. I'm quite please with how I am surviving on £30 till monday pay day.

I can see on here that my debt is not that bad, and I really think you people on here are doing fantastic.
I don't get visitors at my house, apart from when my daughter stays, my best mate lives in newcastle, liz my other friend lives minutes away but is not into visiting me even though I have visited her and my parents don't ever visit. I sometimes wonder if its me that people don't like but I have lots of friends they just all are in a couple or have families.

I so do get fed up of being single at times.

  • Good luck with the date Yargo 1. I don't get asked out at all these days. I tried the dating sites last year and got weird fellas playing the game of chase. think I need to change my profile if I ever pluck up courage to do it again.
Ive had one serious relationship since I divorced in 2001.

Maybe been on my own too long. Cat lady too, but only two cats ha ha.

Hope it went well, Yargo! Looking forward to hearing how it goes!!!

I've had a lovely day but been out all day so my house is still a tip!

Had a lovely lunch with money off at a new bistro with friends, then we trooped over to see another friend who had her baby girl yesterday morning. Baby very cute - especially for a newborn - the others I've seen are more scrunched up!!!!!

I might be back in the property game so frantically thinking how I can save max money in shortest time possible......I've so much planned for 2010 - think 2011 is going to be super-frugal
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)
