New Miss Frugal answer - £150 off, have got the deposit already :D, just can't find anywhere I like enough to buy :o, yes, got space to store, have a loft & a spare bedroom if necessary

Have put into my "watched items" on e-bay so I can keep an eye on it, if it's still there at the weekend I'll get it

    How's that ?

    Very good!

Where do you want to buy Inky? I want to buy in Essex in a year or two - lot of deposit saving still to do for me though!

    It's a little bit steep Makeup but a quick Google brings up £253 / £195 / £285

OK, I think we can agree this is a considered purchase :rotfl:

I'm with Lula and the idea of waiting until you make a purchase - it really makes you think about whether or not you really need something.

The great thing about doing the clothes challenge is that it really makes you think about your purchases, I was thinking of heading into Monsoon, I love their clothes but only get them during sales as they are too pricey normally. However when i thought about it, I don't actually need anything at the moment and I don't want to break into my challenge cash without a good reason!!!
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)
  • Woodford at the moment, but will buy further out. Thinking of Southminster and quite keen on that, but if sensible would be somewhere with a shorter commute - maybe Bishops Stortford / Sawbridgeworth / Ware in Herts.

Well done on avoiding Monsoon makeup - I love it there & Accesorize :)

I find that taking DD shopping with me is great for moneysaving; I promise not to go into Monsoon or Faith if she promises not to make me go into Claires Accessories or TormentIsus - I hate those shops on a par with Tatco

I'm sure you qualify for the thread but you have to wait for our Fabulous leader SarahB to bestow her acceptance :p
