Inky - what if you found a house that had a fab kitchen already? I suppose you could always sell on again on ebay? Well done on getting your deposit together already!
Have made dhal and swede cakes for dinner using up various bits and bobs from my veg box and store cupboard. Were both very yummy and fairly healthy!!I've got my own flat :j:j
Now I have to pay the bills

Also Sarah has a way of encouraging people onto the Clarks website & making them buy shoes they didn't know they needed but I thought it's be safe to venture in & post as she's "Miss Frugal" this year :rotfl:
Makeup - you could have a point but in my mind I want a gas hob & an electric one (I live in an area prone to regular unexplained power cuts) & there are these 2 ring domino hobs, this is the one on ebayDon't Take Life too Seriously - Nobody gets out alive :rotfl:0 -

Hello fabbies,
yet another boring day at home ... ok, have done enough snow now, want to get back to normal life please.
I did liven things up a bit by taking the car for a skid. 3 attempts to get it out of the garage & onto the road  drove under 30 all the way 7 another 4 attempts to get it back in the garage.
All this snow is however, very moneysaving; I had my eye on some very pretty wine glasses but they were out of stock before christmas. Just had an email to say they are back in stock but only 1 set left in store or plenty available for home delivery at £7.80 . Decided I dont actually want them enough to either pay an extra £7.80 or get the car out again tomorrow :T
School closed yet again tomorrow - god forbid the kids should go to school & actually have fun making snowmen & having snowball fights at playtime  .
Totally off topic but did you know that waitrose low calorie (22) rich tea finger biscuits are delicious dunked in baileys :whistle:0 -
