Do you really not feel any different - seems strange after a stone loss  Have you got into the habit of wearing baggy clothes so that's why you can't tell?

Well done Sarah a stone is an achievment, my sis lost weight on WW, then seemed to stick were she couldn't lose anymore, so then she started going to the gym and thats made a big difference, as she keeps saying I can get there but it's going to take time, I think she looks great now, but I know she's not 100% happy yet, so she'll keep going.

I think that because I need to lose so much and I am so overweight that a stone is neither here nor there really. I can zip up one of my pairs of trousers which were too tight before but I still can't wear them and I suppose my stomach is a bit flatter but not by much.

I think it will take another stone for me to be able to fit into things and for people to start to notice, I think also that it has taken me so long -since the summer- that I have not noticed because it has been so gradual.

I still feel fat though and I hate it:mad:. I will get down to my target, throw out all my fat clothes and then I will have to stay at my target as I will be too [STRIKE]mean[/STRIKE] frugal to buy any more clothes and I will have to stay slim as a money saving exercise:D

Congrats on the weightloss Sarah!! You've done really well.

I'm plotting and planning for a super fit super healthy 2010. It may involve joining a Gym  But I will get a discount so that will be MSE!!

    Well done Sarah!

Got great MSE news. Went to my bank today and it was £94 up! I had loads of charges taken off a bit ago and despite begging and weeping in the branch they refused to refund it but I wrote to the Ombudsman and they've given me it back!!!! Fabby news which means I can buy some new bits for my new job. Just phoned Mum and told her about it and said I was going to buy more Xmas presents for them and she said I wasn't to, I was to get bits for my new job as she has enough treasures in her life already i.e us kids. How lovely. X
