Hiya, I had an extremely stiff shoulder yesterday so I did the right thing by resting it in bed, used some deep heat stuff on my shoulders and it pays to read the instructions cos I wouldn't have put the stuff on straight after my bath, it felt like I was been burnt alive, but up like a lark this morning so decided to clean. I also decided cleaning the inside of the glass on the oven door would be a brilliant idea, never in a million years did I think it was held together with 2 screws at the top, so the door fell on the floor, but luckily didn't break but I bent the corner a bit, decided pliars would straighten it back out and they did but left a couple of little dents, but it is cleaner. I'll be more careful next time.
On the plus side found £1.10 while out walking the mutts this morning, I'll be rich one day.
Back to catching up with the thread, and Lula I can understand why Christmas at home away from relatives is a good idea, and I can't not eat, but that's probably cos I buy too many crisps.
I'm on lates at work next week, but only have 3 days to work then that's it for nearly 2 weeks, can't wait.

I knew I would forget something, I've started a 100 list upto 20 now, it's my 100 things to do and remember list, I keep telling myself I'll be able to chart my progress and remember not to buy carp, cos I wrote it down.

Good one clarabella :D You'll be fulfilling his older woman fantasy haha! (yes, every bloke DOES have one, no matter what they say)

Good luck wit the exams Rosa, you'll be fine!

Eco: That's what you get for cleaning, instead just sit down and look at it, then it won't get damaged and you'll have much more energy!

Argh!! The only thing I remotely 'feel' like eating is pizza, but no-one will deliver because the roads are so bad. Must admit not fancying going out to fetch one either, particularly feeling light-headed from lack of food. Got a lasagne in the microwave and that'll have to do. How do other countries cope with this weather and we don't??

PS. Go clarabella! Nice one ;)

Hi all, weighed myself this morning and I have lost 3lbs:j (4 if you count the fact that I put on 1lb last week.) That means I have now lost a stone:j Not sure how I did that as have been eating rubbish all week, it may just be the way my weight yoyos all over the place and am still slightly concerned it might be the batteries in the scales as I do not feel any slimmer:confused:

I am going to take extra care over Christmas as I do not want to put any more on, if I can lose 4lbs in a week it will be very easy to put that back on. I am determined to do this, it's horrible being fat and I am going to get down to my target and never do this to myself again. I have readjusted my target slightly to a more realistic one, I want to lose 43lbs in total and I have lost 14, so that leaves me with 29lbs to go. icon9.gif:o
