Hi everyone, decided to come join in the thread if thats ok? I've been single for over 4 years now- bl@@dy hell it's a long time!
I've got a dd aged 5, doesn't see her dad very often, and her grandma on her dads side died last year, so the rest of the family has decided to just not bother with her anymore. So, because of that, I don't really have a social life!My family look after her while I work full time, so feel too guilty to ask them while I go out to play! Anyone got any ideas where i can find a nice, single, debt free man who'd love to take on a 24 year old with a LOT of baggage?! answers on a postcard please!:D0 -

Hi Clarabella, welcome to the thread.0

Hello all & good to see you've let James out for bit while you wander here Shoe Gal
Welcome to clarabella23, sorry but cant help with your request, have you tried dating sites ?
I'm busy with painting that chest again, hanging out the washing & am currently avoiding cleaning the bathroom, cutting the grass & cooking anything
I also led the cat into the garden & while we were out there he was quite happy but came in again when we did & inspite of leaving the door open for him he has stubbornly refused to leave the sunny spot on the rug
Have been pondering sarah's excellent words of wisdom & for the very first time in my life I have decided to act on someone elses advice  I can assure you that were it not for her love of all the stuff mentioned on the front page I'd not give it the time of day:rotfl:.
Ok, enough chat, the bathroom is next on my list ...0 -

Hmmm are we the only ones who cant stand Bruce -so-old-&-corny-its unbearable-to-watch Forsyth.
I've been so domestic today its frightening. My bathroom is gleaming, my washing is all folded or hung up in the magic airing cupboard, the chest has now had 4 coats of paint & looks fab & the only real problem is that I dont have a single wine glass left, I broke the last one while washing up earlier . I'll be using jam jars in future I think0 -
No, I can't stand him - never watch Strictly! Am sort of watching X - and sort of messing on the internet
 to no wine glasses!Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -
Is anybody else p1ssing themselves at Amy Winehouse being a backing singer for her god-daughter?? :rotfl::rotfl:Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending0

Unfortunately DD insists on watching it  I only like X when the truly awful people are auditioning, once it gets serious I lose interest .... that's true of every aspect of my life actually :rotfl:
Fear not about the wine glass, its a perfect excuse to do some TK Maxx rummaging soon . They were a set of hideous crystal ones that I won, & if needs must then I'll drink straight from the bottle
Just waiting for DD to go to bed then I can do my bank stuff & update my diary, she loves to see the smilies & I hate people reading over my shoulder . Hope Catopus stays asleep too as his latest trick is trying to bite my fingers as I type
Off to do the washing up & then pour some elephant juice down my throat by any means available
Hope Noah is settling in with Fire Fox0
