How to claim cashback

Hi,
I've got a cashback contract with mobileshop.com. I was hoping someone might be able to tell me what I need to do to claim the money. I know they want a copy of my bill but is that the whole 5 page piece or just the summary sheet?

I also have a contract with Mobileshop.com. I usually send a photocopy of all my bill with the voucher. Make sure you send the paperwork by Recorded Delivery. They will usually email you in a day or two saying they have received your paperwork. Then about forty five days after the date of expiry of the voucher you will get your cashback credited to your bank. So far I have no problems with them. Make sure you send the bill that comes immediately before the voucher expires. e.g. if the voucer expiry date is 20th May and you get billed on 7th May, then thats the bill you need to send. HTH
