Efficient way to heat converted loft bedroom

I think the insulation's up to scratch - Kingspan etc.
Just need something to provide cheap background heat which I can set temp/time like the central heating.
Think a panel heater would maybe look bit more stylish & I've seen a couple of options in Argos/Amazon for £70-£80.0 -

No need to spend that much. I was in B&Q yesterday and noticed a very stylish, Black, Mirror effect panel heater with built in digital timer & thermostat for £50. Absolute bargain if that's the sort of heater you are looking for. Certainly worth a look anyway.0 -
