any sky package deals out there?

we have sky but my father would like sky plus providing its not too expensive. any deals out there at moment
he needs broadband and phone too, how much would it cost to set up
(buy box, install dish etc etc)
he only needs the basic package but sky plus would be great for him nows he's retired and ill
