    Im sure the owner will turn up for it. Either that or someone will have rung one of the contacts such as 'home'

    I doubt you can keep it, correct me if I'm wrong but you have to hand it into the police and wait something like 6 weeks?

    highly likely the person if they dont collect it will report it lost/stolen and it will be barred anyway so no one can use it
