How does this work???????

the contract is endless, the minimum term is 12 months
no idea how you provide a 15 month bill without retaining the contract though0 -
You have to stay on the contract for at least 15 months - that's your 'effective' minimum term. Personally, I wouldn't go for any contract that tried to extend the tie-down period like that :P0

But its a 12 month contract so why would I want to stay longer than then that???????? they still must pay cashback at month 150
-
They will pay the cashback at month 15 but you obviously can't end the contract after month 12 in order for this to happen.0

Well, that is ridiculous. Its a 12 month contract and it says 7 months line rental. It doesnt say continue your conttract for another 18 months or anything. but just 7 months free line rental on 12 months contract. They CAN'T make anyone fools by trapping customers into these games as I have contract and no where does it say about saying for 18 months to get last cashback.0

I bought a 3G phone from Dial-a-Phone with rebate that was paid on the 6th, 9th, 12th and 15th month after sending the rebate voucher back to Dial-a-Phone. My contract was only for twelve months like yours gtz101.
They gave me up to 12 weeks to post the rebate back and in all fairness I had no problems with the servive even after I cancelled my contract. Hope this helps.0 -
