I sprinkle a box of stuffing mix onto the top of them before roasting.

I cook them for about 30-40 minutes in the
oven then drain off any fat, sprinkle them with a couple of spoonfuls of dry sage and onion stuffing mix and put back in the oven for another 15 mnutes

I'd go for a chinese-y marinade - soy, ginger, garlic and slow bake then blast under the grill to crisp, with rice and green veg

mixed bean sausage and bellypork cassoulet....

tin mix beans in tom sauce
    tin chopped toms
    chopped onion
    loads of garlic
    sausages of choice
    belly pork slices

fry sausages and onions till cooked...fry belly pork well(to get rid of most of the fat).. add to casserole dish with all other ingredients and cook for about at least 1 hour..add veg stock or water if it gets too dry...
serve with jacket potato or just crusty bread
