Just registered for Asda online shopping (usually use Tesco) through Quidco, £5 cashback for first order, 1% on subsequent orders and free delivery with a code from the discounts board! :j And I came in £3 under budget despite buying 3 bottles of wine, and 3 packs of nappies (special offer, 3 for £10....on both

That's not bad, it's good to go for the offers when it's stuff that you use anyway!
The painkillers have done nothing so I'm now onto the Deep Heat to see if that helps.
