Afternoon. Just been on a bit of a shopping spree - essentials only, but still...

I managed to get N's winter coat in Primarni for £9 and R's for £7. :T

Bought some lovely underwear in Next for me (It WAS an essential...honestly.....and I had a voucher...but it didn't cover all of it... :o), and also bought 6 Christmas presents.

I need to be creative about Christmas shopping this year because money is soooo tight. R is the tricky one, because his Christmas list starts with a Nintendo DSi, and gets worse from there!

Sammy... *whispers* where did you get the Bose from?

Funnily enough I got it from Bose. I went through quidco of course...they offer five payment installments...:T

Sally, I hope your OH isn't in too much pain and that your friday night is salvageable!

HD is installed and working. Really can't tell any difference between sky1 and sky1hd but I've already set the box to record all my favourite programmes (and some new ones as well)!

Wayne is being really sweet at the moment, he's even been looking at laptops and said that he'll work overtime on a Friday and Saturday afternoon so I can have one, then said that he though £400 was reasonable:eek::eek: I told him I wouldn't pay more than £300 and I'd begrudge paying that if I thought I could get one much cheaper. He looked at a Dell mini thing for £250 but I'd need to get an external disc drive to install the broadband wifi software thingy!

Off to have a lovely glass of chilled rose; hope everyone has a lovely evening!

The normal digital stuff is awful compared to normal analogue terrestrial TV...
