When they win they cry 'precedent' and use it to falsely enhance their scam letters.

When they lose they keep very quiet and deny any precedent.

PPCs are dying, and the death rate is increasing the more that we publicise their scams and the fact that their invoices are virtually unenforceable.

The irony is that by posting on boards such as this the ppcs are actually speeding up their demise by boosting the websites profile on google etc.

Lets face it, anyone who has read the threads on ME/Pepipoo/CAG etc and then still decides to pay one of these PPCs either can't read/understand english or is demented; so it serves no pupose for a ppc to post on here.
