(So can I have max of £3000 in the cash ISA and another £4000 stocks/shares in the maxi one.)
Thanks

Why do companies offer you "free gifts?"
Since when has a gift NOT been free?

You can contribute to one mini cash ISA (£3,000) and also open a mini stocks and shares ISA (£4,000) in the same tax year.
If you open a Maxi ISA (£7,000), then you cannot contribute to a mini ISA (cash or stocks and shares) in the same tax year. Please call me 'Kazza'.0 -

Yes, they can. There is nothing to stop you using different providers. In fact, I doubt I would consider opening my mini stocks & shares ISA with the same provider as my mini cash ISA.Please call me 'Kazza'.0 -
