The company director, Noel Rowse, is ignoring my emails too come to think of it. I'm owed a £50 Foxy Zero freeplay after complaing about and having a misleading advert for the site removed. The letter from the ASA advised to email him (nr@cashcade.co.uk if you want it ) to redeem the offer, and today 3 weeks later and 2 resends I haven't received a reply. I wrote back to the ASA who advised they are investigating as to why.

I can't see why they would not let you have it. I won £37.50, ran down all my free play (£20) so my balance stood at the amount I won. I deposited £5 from my bank account and 5 minutes later made a request for a withdrawal of £42.50. Money was in my bank account 4 days later. I hope you get what is owed to you soon, Good luck!

I have had an email from Consumer Direct saying that have had hundreds of complaints about Foxy Bingo breaching their T&Cs. They say these have been passed on to Trading Standards but as Foxy Bingo are based in Guernsey only very limited action can be taken against them. So avoid them.

As an alternative I signed up to Gala Bingo, got bonus Nectar points as a reward for signing up and had no problems with them.

2 weeks ago i was playing roulette on foxy i was only betting on red and black i managed to get my balance up to 670.00 then all off a sudden it seemed to just keep on black for 29 spins this is impossible when i emailed them i was told it was the luck of the draw so i covered all numbers on board except for 1 no 22 and geuss what it landed on 22 i done this 5 times and it landed on the same number every time this is a joke . then on the 14th of april at 2am i was playing the free game everyones a winner my husband and son was watching also i won 100 pound when i emailed them regarding my winnings after not reciving them they told me i won 25p which was credited to my account and without a screen shot i couldnt do nothing about it why would i have to take a screen shot i didnt think there would be an issue , this site is pathetic avoid is there anyone who i can complain too about my winnings
