The T&Cs say you can't withdraw your £20 free credit but if you win any money using it you can withdraw it, provided you have above the minimum withdrawl amount.
However, even if you do win and have enough in your account to make a withdrawl it won't let you withdraw your money!

If i recall correctly, you have to make a minimum deposit before you can withdraw any winnings,
Have you done this ? ( its either £5.00 or £10.00 )0 -
The minimum withdrawal limit on Foxy is £30. The problem is the jackpots can often be less than £10 so it's quite difficult to build up enough cash winnings to be able to withdraw it.
The do have guaranteed jackpots in certain rooms on the hour and half hour with prizes up to £250 depending on the time and the type of game. There are always more players in these games and the tickets cost more but it's really the only way to stand a chance of a worthwhile win.
I managed to win £150 a couple of weeks ago so I know from experience that it is possible, albeit unlikely, to win.The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water

Yes I have £29.50 of my own money there and £7 winnings from the free £20 and it says I do not have the £30 needed to make a withdrawl.
I contacted FoxyBingo and got a response saying 'You do not have enough to make a withdrawl' they didn't even read my email which referred to their T&Cs.0 -
With all bingo sites you have a Bonus Balance and a Real Balance, your Real Balance must be over £30 and you need have had to made a deposit of any amount. Your current Bonus Balance is irrelevant to withdrawals. If you meet all these requirements then they are doing something wrong, try emailing them again and if you get the same contact Foxy's manager at bingomanager@foxybingo.com or the parent company at support@cashcade.co.uk.
(Your real balance can be seen near the top right of the bingo lobby under the Instant Games heading)Male.

I've tried emailing them 5 times now as despite having £30 of my own money there they won't let me make a withdrawl. Their customer services department is taking a long time to respond each time and then just keep sending me generic reponses.

Have you spent the money of your own that you have put in? Or have you just put it in and want to withdraw it again with your winnings?
I didn't have a problem apart from it taking 2 weeks to pay out. I got my free £15, won £90. Put £20 of my own money in and played that as well as the bonus money for putting the £20 in then withdrew £90. Still £70 up which was a bonus. If At First You Don't Succeed, Call It Version 1.00 -

It shouldn't take two weeks to get your money but they do delay withdrawals by two days just in case you change your mind and decide to 'reinvest' your winnings. Usually takes about a week for winnings to reach my bank account. The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water

Could you copy the error/problem that you encounter when you attempt to withdraw?Male.

The withdrawl screen can't be copied because of security.
I have now contacted five times and each time got an email with generic crap in it, rather than a proper response. I've replied again, but unless I get a proper reply and they sort out the problem I'll be contacting Trading Standards.0
