I've had a good idea for part of MrEH's christmas pressie I think....he is also paying off some debt at the moment (not discussed in any detail on my thread as it's his concern) and as a result finds himself quite strapped for cash at the end of some months....I thought I'd do him a "Years supply of" box - something that will cut what he needs to spend on himself through the year. He uses the dirt cheap Wilko deodorant (47p a can) so to buy a load of those won't break the bank, then add to that shaving oil, toothpaste, toothbrushes, talc, shower stuff and other bits and pieces and it ought to make a difference to him as well as being something a bit different. It's also something I can start to put together now buying a few bits at a time up until christmas, so spreading the cost for me. I thought I'd use a photocopier paper box from work to put everything into.🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Just an idea, one year for my sister I did an 'indulgence box' which was a cheap raffia type box from Ikea - they sell them in sets of 3 for £1.99, and filled it with a bar of choc, some fluffy socks, a book and some bath bubbles from body shop. Cost less than a fiver and she loved it.
I find that you can buy bargains, and if you put them with something else and wrap it as a posh gift in cellophane it looks so much better and looks more expensive.
Anyway off to finish my cards!!!Debts at LBM - Mortgages £128497 - non mortgage £27497 Debt now £[STRIKE]114150[/STRIKE][STRIKE]109032[/STRIKE] 64300 (mortgage) Credit cards left 0
