Hi Moneytroubles!
I'll have a wander to the card factory this week and try to search out some bargains. :T That seems a good idea to ''bunch'' family cards together. Will save you loads I bet.
I started off well with the savings stamps/cards for supermarkets in January, but, you guessed it, spent them a few months later! So now I have no form of savings whatsoever for Christmas shopping etc so we're both in the same boat there. I'm just hoping ASDA have some grand offers soon.
Gosh thats a lot to buy for! I havent even made my list yet.Christmas can be mega expensive but I do LOVE it. I must get listing too!
Feel free to post as much as you like. :T I dont mind you going on!Proud to be dealing with my debts one step at a time.Weight Loss Progress - 0 out of 56lbsWBDF's 'Weight Loss Challenge to Christmas 2009' Progress - 0 out of 21lbsPart of the DFW Addicts '''Blankie Club'' - Working my way to VEGAS babyOctober NSD's 0/100 -
September... I dont think you realise what you have just said haha!
It is a lot to buy for your right! Think were gonna do Sister in law "a book themed hamper" OH did offer to buy her a dog, I just dont know that goes through that mans head sometimes but luckily she did say no - phew!
So in the hamper i'm thinking...
A blanket
Couple of books
Book Mark
Reading Light
Mug
Hot choc
depending on how much that comes to - will also add some PJ's and maybe a hot water bottle - But as I say that depends how much that comes to.

Well if you go on to special occassions, at the top there is a "sticky" post related to hampers and their is LOADS of ideas and also some pics of hampers that people have made previously! Not sure on the book hamper, i'm thinking maybe £20 but I want it too look more expsensive if that makes sense!
for the couples I'm thinking £10 per hamper - (baring in mind I buy for the kiddies seperate)
Thinking of putting a bottle of bucks fizz, a couple of beers and some chocs in, just not sure what else I could put in to bulk it up??:j6 debts cleared since joining MSE:j:eek: Remaining debts... On the hamper thread someone also did a coloured theme which I thought was good! I think everything was purple, so purple bubble bath, dairy milk, purple candles etc...
