Quentin - Chill out, with moving house and doing 101 things a once things may get a little mixed.
Had a mega offer from CPWH £30 connection fee, (instead of £60), 12 month contract (instead of 12) no min call requirements.
Will check out what the PO has to offer - and will update.
Andrew,
Dont forget that the electrician for the builder who installed the Master socket & any extensions to the bedroom,kitchen ect,may not have connected the extensions up to the Master socket.I get that a lot on jobs.0 -

Hey, no need to pick a fight with me - I did correct your misunderstanding regarding being able to just use BT for your installation then moving immediately to your chosen supplier, (not just for your benefit, but for anyone elses who might have been mislead by your incorrect post)0 -

Had anothe chat with CPWH and got the following;
1. Connection fee now scraped
2. 3 month free line rental
3. 12 month contract instead of the 18 (unheard of these days)
Just shows what you can get once your out of contract, cant understand why BT are just way off.0 -
Somehow, I don't quite trust them when they say that. You probably won't get it in writing - but put it in writing by sending a written confirmation of order and keep a copy.andrew007007 wrote: »Had anothe chat with CPWH and got the following;
