Best phone for 16yr old DD

My 16yr old has loved her SE K 750i- she's had it years, but it is starting to die- freezing and playing up generally.
I guess a budget of a max of £100 for a new mobile- if it is a lot less she'll pocket the difference so she'll be happy- she wants to get an ipod touch.
Needs to:
Make calls and txts reliably- no dropping calls etc
MP3 player with expandable memory (and hopefully ordinary 3.5mm jack but not a deal breaker)
camera of sorts (current phone is 2mp I think, though a lower resolution with better technology might be OK- for snaps really).
Not be too flashy and stealable
Bluetooth
LOUD ringer!
Personally internet "ability" really not needed- I don't want to have to pay for her to be on facebook all day! She'll be able to use her touch on Wifi at home and hotspots anyway.
We are on O2 and that is important.
I found that O2 shop purchases as an "upgrade" mean you don't have to buy a top up which is great- I really don't need to spend money on a £10 sim I wont use if the shop wond load onto current SIM. But would consider buying an unlocked orange phone with payment for SIM as it would work for orange wednesdays...
I've always had nokias and SEs and haven't had a duff one yet. Soo you can understand my reluctance to go to samsumg etc..
Wondering about nokia 5220 or trying a samsung 3050 from O2- if a cheap phone like this wasn't OKthen it would be a tolerable mistake- we have a 10yr old who will need a new phone in feb and we could quitely hand it on!

I would be tempted to suggest the Nokia 5800, but i think it is just outside your price range unless you can find it cheaper on eBay.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -
My DD has one of these and very pleased with it:
