Just to make anyone looking for pizza express pizzas - look out for the free doughballs! There seems to be a wrong sign about which I discovered today to my advantage, stating free doughballs with ANY pizza express pizza. I was stocking up on the small ones to make best use of the GFS coupon, as they're on offer til Tue.
Picked up 9 small pizzas, and was pootling about elsewhere in store when came across display of doughballs with the sign free with any pizza, so I picked up 9 to go with my pizzas.
Didn't notice at the till they didn't come off, as I was having to instruct the till lad how to put the lidl, farmfood and waitrose coupon through! Checked as walking out, and saw the offer hadn't come off. Then spent half an hour at the customer service desk, having to show where the sign was and debate how much I had been overcharged, but eventually got my double the difference back. It was quite a considerable amount, so my total shopping only came to £4 taking that into account, so a bit like the old days!!
Anyway, keep an eye out for the signs!0 -

Hi
Just wanted to say I am not long back from the Good Food Show. Had a lovely day, even DS was well catered for with plenty of gluten free food available including cones for his icecream where as normally he would have to throw that bit away. Picked up lots of the voucher books on exit as they said they would all be going in the bin if not taken as it was the last day. Shame there were no other coupons available but never mind. I did get to see James Martin up close seeing as someone had nicked my seat so a kind man who worked there told me to take an empty seat on the very front row so that more than made up for lack of coupons!Grocery aim £450pm.Spent £519 August, £584 July, £544 June, £541 May, £549 April, £517 March, £517 Feb,£555 Jan, £573 Dec, £465Nov, £561Oct, £493Sept, £426Aug,£496 Jul, £528Jun, £506May,£498April, £558 March, £500Feb, £500 Jan, £490 Dec, £555 Nov,£566 Oct, £505Sept, £450Aug, £410 July, £437 June, £491 May, £471 April, £440 March, £552Feb, £462Jan0 -
