Can anyone tell me the address I can send my receipt and conditional spend coupon to. My local Mr T just refused the Waitrose one from the Metro
Thanks0 -
Here you go, it's the Dundee address (use the Clubcard Freepost addy if you want to save a stamp, but make sure you clearly head your covering letter 'Customer Services'):
http://lmgtfy.com/?q=Tesco+contact+us
However, I'm not sure I would send the voucher off to HO if it's just the dodgy printed screenshot one as they may point out it's not the original and they may think you photocopied it. I certainly wouldn't advise using it at Waitrose anyway (I don't care about Tesco as there's no coupon policy to protect any more, just wanted to warn you what response you may get). But IMHO it wasn't meant to be a printable.
But if you have a Metro original voucher then go for it, they should have taken it in T.
HTHPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I know!! I was treated like a valued customer in Sainsbury's too.:T The 1st Sainsbury's I went to for the Tuborg beer doesn't stock it and the lady that was helping me look for it was so nice and took me to the Customer Service desk so they could check a store nearby to see if they stocked it. The lady at CS was really nice too! We got into a chat about Tesco and coupons. I ended up giving her the info on this forum so she can print coupons too.
ive heard tesco's have stopped doing them full stop now though?0 -
Just been on PTS and spotted this, thanks to Polkadot.
Domestos 24 is now 50p each in Tesco, so use the 35p moc and pay only 15p per bottle.

I've been a naught boy today. If i am to be whipped for my sins, then so be it - it was worth it.
Went to T's (told you i was bad) to get some more Fairy dishwasher tabs. But the store i went to had them at full price. So i took a chance, and bought 10 fairy liquids, hoping my local store had some left.
They had 11, so i took a coupon off a fairy bottle (i was robbed of one last week at the till), and got em all and a bottle of Baileys for £9.
At the till, my clubcard plus needed authorising. I normallly just pay with another card to save time, but i though sod it, cos you lose the extra points. So i was sent off to customer service. Then i remembered the 6 item bulk buy rule for items on offer, and i though i might come unstuck.
After 20 MINS authoring the card, the lady scanned 5 coupons and gave me 6 back. "Whats wrong", i said. "You can only use 5 without buying the product", came the response". "I've bought em all", i replied. So she applogised, and scanned em all.
At this point i remembered i had 5 x £3 finish coupons in the car, so i asked if i could spend them without buying the items. "Of course", she said - and off i went to get the coupons. I returned swiftly, just grabbed a litre bottle of Bacardi on offer at £14.49 ish and a pastie, and went back to customer service. But she had gone. I waited for a short while and then decided to tell the other woman what i had been told. She said i was wrong, but tracked the original lady down, and i got my shopping for about 30p.
Don't know quite what happened there, as this store never followed policy when you could use coupons. But i am one happy bunny, as now i dont have to use the coupons to buy EVEN MORE dishwasher tabs.
What a Result - it was like the good ole days!!!!:D0 -
