Anyway, I went to pick up my on-line order - got some reduced EdT with a decent discount and then a £5 off promotion so paid just over £5 - opened box while SA was putting points on my Advantage card and no Goldie inside. After nice chat she gave me a goldie so I got another nail varnish (for OH) this time and only paid £1.25 - excellentIf at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat0 -
Forgot to mention also went to Home Bargains today:
Picked up some Buffalo Mozzarella and Herbs Sensations - big bag for 59p - they are well over £1 in Mr. T's even with their 3 for £3.50 offer. New flavour.
They still have some of the Doritos iD3 crisps - big bag for 59p
and
Seabrook Beefy - 6 pack for 99p - my OH prefers these to Walkers Steak and Onion - she says they don't taste as good as the Beef and Onion they used to doIf at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat0 -

I for one have not shopped at TESCO since the coupon ban This includes petrol small shops etc. I tried ASDA for a while but sadly I dont like the experience there. I think i will be venturing into Wtoes the only ting is the local on is in the heart of the town centre in an unfriendly parking area I hope they open a larger one out of town soon. i hope they loose a lot of money
didn't buy anything just went with a freind to collect a prescription for another friend and it was nearly empty at a time when it is usually really busy - we both then went to Asda and it was packed - got a lot of bargains and worked out that I saved much more than I would have with coupons i.e. brown granary loaf 800g £1.10p T = 80p Asda, colemans sauces 54p T =2 for 80p asda (asda own 38p), value pizza 99p T = 2 for £1.69 Asda (bigger and thicker too, I like to put my own topping on:D) honey same price as T but 425g Asda and just 325g T also got chicken breast, mince beef and fish and chips all redeuced to either half price or third of price:jplus if anyone wants spectacles they are doing a really good deal on them right now £70 designer frames buy 2 pairs for £90 or Asda own frames 2 pairs for £50
Looking forward to trying Sainsbury next week - haven't been for a whileI am not a beige person:D0 -
Hello people,im luke, please be easy on me this is my 1st post here (although iv'e been admiring the boards for ages the reason i got to see disney on ice so cheaply so thank you :T :money:)
i was just wondering if someone could answer a couple of questions on these tesco/waitrose vouchers for me?
i found out about these (pedigree chum) vouchers and i had around £28 worth when i got to tesco on the 2nd (which iv'e read above that was when they stopped) to be refused (although they were dated 6th??)
did i completely miss the boat or do they still accept them at all waitrose?
also i know the 1st post tells you the coupons and their value but it's a little confusing if someone could explain that a little for me that'd be brill!!!
thanks0
