Just back from my Morrison's run and I successfully purchased:
2 x Shloer 97p - used 2 x £1.00 off MOC so they paid me 6p to have it
Hovis Bread £1.14 - used free bread MOC for £1.14 off
5 Ciabatta Fresh Rolls - £1
Paid 94p for the lot - excellent, and I got there and back in 20 minutes in the drizzleIf at first you don't succeed, try, try, try - oh bu99er that just cheat0 -
Anyone got the Sun today and know if the Plenty moc is for either plain or patterened? Posted on Newspaper thread that one of them( not both)is on offer for 99p at Sainsburys. Not been out yet , just going for a walk round the park and will call at the kiosk for a paper and it'll be awkward looking through it before purchasing in this drizzle.....TIA0

. Must say it's a joy not to get "that look" from the SA's:rotfl:
She did say though that T seemed to be as busy as usual.I am not a beige person:D0 -
my friend told me that my local T are not taking coupons - I have no need to go in to see now - she said that the only sign informing customers of the change is a very small one behind the customer service desk and that the SA's at the checkout are having fun telling peeps that they can't use their coupons. She also said that when she was waiting at the checkout the SA on her checkout turned around to a woman on the checkout behind and shouted 'I bet you'll miss using coupons won't you' and laughed her head off - my friend doesn't use coupons and warned me not to go in there because she knows I do/did and does not want me to be humiliated like that:eek:

That is awful. No one should be humiliated like that. These idiots should be reported to the store manager AND e-mail should be sent to customer services.0 -
I ventured to other supermarkets today....never thought I'd desert T's...got the Aldi Thursday Specials 2 mango chutneys 1 raita and 1 lime pickle...all 99p each...then went to T's to get some points put on as I received my Tesco food Club coupons today and there was a coupon with 55 points of their new Finest Restaurant range and I had bought it on Tuesday and got 150 points , so I told them I'd forgotten to hand this 55 points one in...naughty I know but every little helps...bought a copy of The Sun so I could look at the Plenty moc...so T's only got 30p from me...not specific which Plenty Roll, so will take it to Sainsburys tomorrow and use the one from the Plenty link that jeferey kindly posted and get 2 packs ...it worked again for me, ages since I printed one of those....
Then to Morrisons( only did this circular tour as it had started to rain and I had to get the car out to go to the Post-Office to send my air freshener back to Belgium for Pinecone)...but sooo glad jeferey posted the info re the Schloer...got 2 , and made 6p...6 bottles of orange @50p a bottle and the best offer for me , 6 Loyd Grossman Tikka Massala sauces...bogofs..£2.09 each, they are £2.19 in T's but I had bought 24 last time they were on offer in Asda( @£1 each)...saw that when I went there for the Quantum ages ago...going back on Saturday for 12 more...6 for me and taking hubby whether he likes it or not and he can get 6 as well....thanks for all this fab info peeps....almost as good as couponneering...0 -

Cheers, Jeferey! Does anyone know if they are on offer, anywhere, please? (don`t normally buy them) Also, don`t know if it`s significant, but Morrisons was very very busy earlier- never seen so many people in there! Got my free bread, & some Shloer, plus some pasta sauce- they only had a few left! In contrast, my T`s ( yes, had to go & get the goats milk again- their own brand is cheaper), was very quiet- I managed to get a parking space really easily, unheard of on a Thursday... not all of the tills were open, either. Think their pockets may suffer a little, surely, if enough people are shopping around, they will feel some effects?0
