When do they say it will be delivered?0

The web page said next day delivery but after placing my order it became two working days after placing the order!A problem shared is a problem multiplied.

If you ordered it late on in the day then I would not worry unduly.
If it doesn't arrive by Friday I would chase them up.0 -
Update: Not happy, I eventually managed to get through to T-Mobile and when I gave them my order no. I was told that 'oh sorry that phone is out of stock' and added 'we emailed you yesterday to tell you', which is a lie because I didn't receive that email. This is the second time I've ordered a phone online (status, in stock) to find out after ringing that it wasn't in stock! grrrrrA problem shared is a problem multiplied.

Now that is not good - can you cancel and get it elsewhere?0 -
Check your junk mail, It might have been sent to that.0

No it wasn't in my junk mail either, they didn't send it.
I checked their website an hour ago and noticed that the phone I had ordered had gone up £10 since I ordered. Out of curiosity I rang up and said I wanted to buy one did they have one in stock, yes said the sales girl, we have two. I said that's funny, I ordered one, and have just been told they're out of stock! She was a bit embarrassed and told me to get in touch with web sales and tell them to take one of theirs. She transferred me to websales but they said they can't do that! I'm slowly going off buying online!A problem shared is a problem multiplied.

I personally would steer clear of T-Mobile as I'm having numerous problems with them and am finding that their customer service is appalling0

I've been with T mobile since 1996, never had a problem. They used to be the cheapest provider, I'm now looking for a better deal.
Coverage has been excellent (London and S.East), much better than Orange which I had at work a couple of years ago and was useless. Vodafone was not great either, in terms of technology (email, internet etc).
Billing always accurate.
Never had to deal with customer service, except when trying the negotiate a better deal. I was promised a retention deal, said I needed to think about it, when I called back they did not have any record of it, and would not give it to me!0 -
Further update, it seems to me they have a few tricks.
I eventually received the phone, I had also paid for £10 airtime (the notes said it can take up to 48hrs to be available), I waited 48 hours (the phone's a gift for my son) no credit so I had to ring up and they immediately added the £10, I presume the delay is for people to get frustrated and add their own £10 instead of waiting.
The phone and airtime was £79 and £10 (£89), when I checked my bank statement, they'd taken £98! I had to ring again and 'oh sorry the person must have added another £10 for the airtime'! Another ploy now 'would I like a refund which will take a few days or shall we add an extra £10 airtime. Uh no, I'll have the refund.
I got what I wanted at a reasonable price but it was certainly a tortuous experience and if I wasn't so thorough checking my bank accounts it could easily have cost me an extra £10.A problem shared is a problem multiplied.
