Cashback Dialaphone / Vodafone problem

Cashback terms:
"your bill that is dated 27 Aug 09 - 27 Sept 09"

Only problem is prior bill is dated 25 Aug and this bill is dated 28 Sept.

I notice someone else has had this problem

Anyone offer any additional advice if they've faced a similar problem?

I would ring up dial-a-phone (0800 183 7902) and state that Vodafone's billing cycle doesn't match up with your required cashback terms.

Although when i claimed cashback from dial-a-phone on a Vodafone contract it was a different process. I was told an earliest bill date.

Such as provide a bill dated no earlier than 27th August, so a bill from 28th August onwards is acceptable.
But then this bill must arrive at there redemption centre between the 28th September and 28th December.
