Cashback Dialaphone / Vodafone problem
Cashback terms:
"your bill that is dated 27 Aug 09 - 27 Sept 09"
Only problem is prior bill is dated 25 Aug and this bill is dated 28 Sept.
I notice someone else has had this problem

Anyone offer any additional advice if they've faced a similar problem?

I would ring up dial-a-phone (0800 183 7902) and state that Vodafone's billing cycle doesn't match up with your required cashback terms.
Although when i claimed cashback from dial-a-phone on a Vodafone contract it was a different process. I was told an earliest bill date.
Such as provide a bill dated no earlier than 27th August, so a bill from 28th August onwards is acceptable.
But then this bill must arrive at there redemption centre between the 28th September and 28th December.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0
