Several times she asked me the same question as if I was answering but not using the words she 'needed'.
not yet but soon possibly. our fraud office are about to start using it.
however i doubt theyd tell us when the did because knowing them theyd try and wheedle out staff calling in sick.

believe me all benefit and call centre staff are dead against this. the head bod who decided this had recently done a 'back to the floor exercise' so you think she would be understanding but obviously not.
